I had an amazing experience here with Victoria. I walked in and told her I knew nothing about vaping besides disposables such as Juul and Vuse. I informed her I was wanting to switch over to a bigger, better device and taper off nicotine completely. She walked me through EVERYTHING. She was patient and attentive and answered all my many questions. Exceptional customer service.

She asked my budget and then helped me find what I needed within that price range, without any haggling or attempts at up selling. She helped me pick device, batteries, taught me how it works, and patiently indulged me with my endless sampling of over 10 flavors. It was a 40 minute ordeal at least. By the end of it, I left as a satisfied repeat customer.

I can't stress enough just how amazing she made my shopping experience. She was so patient, kind, and helpful with lots of information and advice. She was the only employee at the time and still managed to help other guest as she helped me through this process. Honestly, I would give her more stars if I could. She ended up helping me until close and had to walk me out the door as she locked up, but didn't make me feel bad about it at all!

She also was respectful of my pronouns and identity, which is always a concern for me when shopping at a new business.

I highly recommend Tiki, and you won't be let down if you ask for Victoria!
