The residents are treated like family and staff take the time to celebrate birthdays and all the holidays. For Thanksgiving residents had a special meal together with all the touches of a traditional meal. The staff is patient and caring which is so important for those struggling with memory loss. The residents treat each other like family and look out for each other. In addition, it being a personal care home, residents get the one on one attention that so many larger assisted living centers lack. Since placing my loved one in their care, I don’t worry like I did when she was home alone. I have been very pleased with Palm Shade Villa. If you are looking for help with caring for a loved one, I highly recommend Palm Shade Villa.”
