The facility is always neat and clean from the entry way to the restrooms. The music and lighting is great and helps make me feel more comfortable when I am using storage. They do a great job.

I needed to rent a 10x10. Crystal was working at the desk and was very friendly and helped me find just the unit l wanted. She made the whole process so easy and pleasant. I would definitely recommend The Lock-up to anyone needing storage in Sarasota.

📦 My first time ever renting a storage unit. The experience both online and in person was great my only caveat is that I wish there wasn't a "mandatory" $25 activation fee for everytime you rent a unit also there should be some time of incentive for customers who have more than 1 storage unit.. Also at no point was I aware that there was a referral program on the website or in person until I heard one of the radio inside the storage unit mention it.

📸 There are cameras outside the building and a few inside the entrance of the elevator, if I owned this business I'd install more in every hall for more security.

I compared many storage places before settling on this one. The price was low, the facility was new, and they let you use a truck for free on move in. I was happy with the service I received in the office while setting up all my paperwork. The facility is very clean and well kept. We especially enjoyed the loading bay. It has two high doors that you can pull your truck into, and they have carts and a hand truck for help with moving your stuff. I also like that you have a unique code to use on every door and elevator. Very impressed with this facility and happy to have my belongings stored here.
