“Dr Lee is a wonderful doctor. I started seeing him because due to a very painful menstrual issue and he was very kind and listened to my concerns. Most importantly he believed me right from the start about how much pain I was having, and I haven’t felt like any other doctor really had before. He explains the procedures that he’s doing and reassures you throughout. I will soon be having a second surgery with him due to those same issues and I’m not at all worried. I feel so good about him as a doctor that my daughter will soon be seeing him as well.”

“This new office opened around the corner from my home and I decided to try them out for a 30 minute facial. My facial was focused on major dry skin. The front desk scheduling was extremely simple, easy going, and professional. When I arrived to the office I was greeted by a very friendly face and only wait for a few minutes. My facial was completed by Lauren. Lauren is AMAZING. Lauren was so informative, concerned about my complaints, listened to me, and provided me with great tips. Lauren’s fun going attitude and service attitude has me excited to visit in a couple of weeks. I recommend the location in Dallas 100%. I was skeptical at first because I was seeking just a basic facial, but it was inexpensive, informative, clean, professional, and all around safe environment. This facial wasn’t a normal quick facial. I left feeling educated and excited about solving a life long issue.”

“Called to see if they accepted epassport for a non dot and they did. Made an appointment that was within the next 90minute. Showed up 20 minutes early like moms taught. Masked up like they asked and provided. Went from one desk straight to another desk, was then pointed to the fridge and for off my feet for 5 minutes and was called to the back. Nurses professional and clean. Answered any questions. And we're on the next. ☆ Personal preference but I'd rather clinics/hospitals be about 30degrees cooler than they had it”

“My 6 year old and I love Dr. West and all of her amazing staff. My son actually asks me when he gets to go to the dentist and how much longer will it be. He is so excited to go to Dr. West’s office! They do a thorough job and obviously are excellent at making children feel safe and even excited to be there. Dr. West always talks to me after each appointment and goes into detail of what they saw and what I need to be doing as a parent. I would not take my child anywhere else.”

His front staff is meh at both offices but most times the nurses that bring you back are pretty great and fix the mood back to normal. The Dallas location is easier to park and find the office space.”

I’m a pediatric inpatient RN, so being on the inside of things and having that knowledge I see things in a picky lens ;) The whole process from start to finish was extremely professional. Very kind staff, answered questions well. Everything was prepped before I got there; even my belongings bag for home. They know what they are doing and have a great routine. Dr. Coetzee is kind. You don’t see him that much or for that long but he has a gentle, confident demeanor that you just trust him and know that he knows what he’s doing. Recovery has been the best I think it could be. I’m 2 weeks out and moving around pretty well! It’ll be another long 4-6 weeks, but I’m grateful so far for the outcome. Would highly recommend this entire team.”
