Alex with Geek Squad and Ms. Marcia with Management knocked it out of the park for me. My son had been saving his money for months to buy an Oculus VR headset. It finally arrived today, but we had major tech issues that couldn’t be resolved, so I returned it to the store with my son left in tears. Alex and Marcia helped me tremendously in getting it returned and providing me with a quality replacement without having to wait several more days! They are the epitome of outstanding customer service! I would be eager and willing to speak to their corporate management to go into further detail as to how they accommodated me in such a stressful situation!! Best Buy Hiram is the place to shop!

Everything was great from my entry, I was help as soon as I came in. Directed to home security and the young man got the camera system went over it with me and I bought it. Great service.thank you.

Recommended mask but didn't require..greeter at door very helpful and friendly.
