It finally arrived today, but we had major tech issues that couldn’t be resolved, so I returned it to the store with my son left in tears. Alex and Marcia helped me tremendously in getting it returned and providing me with a quality replacement without having to wait several more days! They are the epitome of outstanding customer service! I would be eager and willing to speak to their corporate management to go into further detail as to how they accommodated me in such a stressful situation!! Best Buy Hiram is the place to shop!
