I would like to thank you Del Priore Realty Academy. I am so grateful because their Cram Course was a HUGE factor in me passing my real estate exam on the FIRST try. I was so nervous but so many questions were similar to those we had discussed in the cram course. I even felt confident in all my math questions. Mr. Del Priore was a wonderful instructor that was easy to talk to, patient, and very informative. If you are smart, you will take his cram course because it is worth every penny.

David is literally THE BEST OF THE BEST! His way of teaching is absolutely the best, he takes his time to answer every single question, he is genuinely a nice and patient instructor. I did his cram class and I learned a lot more in those 3 days I was in his cram class then my actual school 75hrs class. Prep agent got nothing on him! I 1000% recommend him! If I have to do it all over again I would do his school, his cram class, his practice tests. Very very worth it! THANK YOU DAVID

I'm super grateful to have found this school. The reviews are legit folks! David is awesome, Patient and really cares about your success. When you can literally hear him talking when taking your test you know he has done his job drilling the knowledge into your head. I was able to pass the school exam and the state on 1st try! David was so amazing as a teacher I cannot even express how much gratitude I have for him. I took the class exam with another school 6 times before I came to David, and I am happy to say the 7 is a great number. I felt prepared for his exam unlike the other class exams I took. I never felt unsure about whether or not I'll pass his final. Thank you again David and I already told my mom she's coming to your class when she is ready to get her license.

So I normally don’t leave reviews. I’m actually using my husbands account to write this lol. David is amazing hands down! He is very culturally aware of the fact everyone doesn’t learn the same. I took his online course & his cram course! I took the exam three days ago failed it only because my cousin was given 24hrs to live. Took it 2 days later and passed with a high B. I suck at test, however David teaching style is a hands on type of approach. He makes everything he’s teaching make sense! He has a great personality, he’s communication skills are amazing. David is truly an angel sent from God!! Every dime I spent was worth it! Ten stars for sure!!! Take his course you will not regret it!! #The best instructor I have ever had!
