I brought my K5 to precision Devin who is my advisor. Very great communication skills. Help me all the way through. Even spoke with my insurance company for me a few times I would call for updates ms Cordelia would give me updates on my vehicle as well. I was satisfied with the repairs when I picked up my car, Ms Dee did the walk-through with me on my vehicle. Very great personality a good communication skills great customer service. I brought my 2019 Jeep in for front bumper damage. We started out it was only going to take a week but of course, due to parts, it took a lot long. Thanks to Ms. Dee for keeping me posted on my parts and repair. So that helped me remain patient during the process. It's beautifully repaired and clean.

Me and my husband had a great experience at this shop although it wasn’t the shop my car was suppose been at but I’m glad I did end up here Ms.Dee is everything very great customer service keep us updated on everything.
