In one of the most horrible, life altering, moments in our lives, Scot Ward stepped in and made the process of final arrangements stress free. I called him after the passing of our mom while we were still in the hospital and simply told him what we wanted; he sent someone to pick her up from the hospital, and even helped coordinate a private autopsy that we had requested. He and his team did everything from the hospital to the cremation, including getting her to the autopsy and back without us having to make a single phone call or do a thing. In times where customer service is a rarity, Scot Ward personally, and his team, exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond. I truly can't thank them all enough. They have my highest recommendations.

Scot Ward Funeral Services hold a special place with my family. They handled my dads funeral in 2009 and my mother’s recently in 2023. Scot has always been a kind man. His staff are nice and Shannon was very easy to work with when we had to handle my mom’s affairs. I cannot state enough how wonderful all the staff at Scott Wards has been. My father passed many years ago and the team were there to help and support us every of the way.
