“I am thankful for this office for providing mental health services. I don't believe I would be in a good place mentally or emotionally without their services. However, I have issues with the staff/nurses that are concerning and consistent. One example being that I called the office with medication questions due to recent struggles with intrusive thoughts and obvious concerns for my mental health. I recognized a decline or trigger in my thought process and behavior and reached out to the office. Kathy (who is always the kindest woman) responded to my concerns. I was not able to be worked in any sooner than my upcoming appointment but she assured me that a nurse would call me back. It's been two days and no one has reached out to me. Given that this office is for mental health I would hope they take the responsibility very seriously. I was hospitalized for my mental health sometime last year and I never want to experience that again. My point, I reached out and no one responded. Your office is generally exceptional but my health is important to me, I want to be healthy and that is why I come see your Providers in your office. Do better.”
