What a great place to do business! I called first thing in the morning for an appointment, and they got me in 45 minutes later. Within 20 minutes I was done, and I was amazed at their speed, friendliness, and accommodation. Their prices are definitely a lot better than going to the dealership for my car. It would have taken me a month to get an appointment to get my oil changed at the dealer, and national brake got me in the morning of my call! I was also pleasantly surprised to find that they are technologically advanced enough to provide tracking for my vehicle and a reminder when it is due for service. I will definitely be going back! Thanks again for the great service and concern for having me as a customer! 10/3/23 - I took my car here again, because of a problem that the dealer could not find. They found the problem and was able to fix it before some major problems could’ve happened with my engine. I am so grateful not only that they have good mechanics, but did the work in a short amount of time and unfortunately, it was rather expensive, but probably one heck of a lot cheaper than the dealer! These are a bunch of great guys who are communicative and do a great job! I will be taking my other truck there for service soon.

Latest oil change was a couple of weeks ago 9/4/23 and both of my vehicles oil changed and both oil changes were fast and both vehicles are running fine.

About two weeks ago, 6/5/23 I had to get my thermostat replaced and I’m truly happy with all the work that has been done by Raak and his team.

I really appreciate Raak, Walt and Harvey’s input and help resolving multiple issues with my vehicles. I’m very happy with the work they have done. I recommend this shop without hesitation!

I’ve had both of my vehicles repaired and serviced at National Brake and Muffler. I took my wife’s car there after she bought a battery at a dealership in McDonough to troubleshoot. Raak found the issue fast. Really nice, friendly and professional people. They are a honest and reliable auto mechanic shop. I highly recommend them!
