“I have visited this establishment countless times, and it’s always been great. With that being said, they went above and beyond for me recently by finding and ordering a VERY HARD to find beer. They were in constant contact with me and let me know if they would be able to get it in, and once it was confirmed they told me when it would be there. They were kind enough to set it aside (in the cooler, not just behind the counter) until I could make it by there. Friendly, professional, and willing to go above and beyond to get what their customer is looking for! HIGHLY recommend stopping by here!”

But we think it is important to have all of the facts presented so people can decide whether or not to do business with us. We did say that it would take approximately 2 weeks to complete the repairs when in fact the vehicle was here for 6 weeks and 3 days counting weekends. While it was longer than the time you were told and the time we wanted, it was not over 2 months as you stated. We did encounter unexpected delays which we are sorry about, however you were provided with a loaner car to help compensate for your inconvenience. Another fact which you failed to mention is that you were given a full refund of your $1960.00 deposit even though we spent over $2000.00 in parts and labor on your vehicle ( and we gave you the new parts ).”

With her friendly personality, it got the rental off with a good start. And the car we got was a Subaru, a car I've been wanting to test drive.
