“I was on my way from Florida to a reunion in Tennessee with a few Sailors I served with in the Navy. On the way, I hit a large raccoon at highway speeds (the raccoon didn't make it). My insurance company provided a list of over 20 local repair shops; I knew I had the right one in Caliber Collision when I walked into this location. I was greeted with a friendly smile and a can-do attitude. I asked if it would be possible to have the bodywork and engine repairs completed before the end of the week as I would be heading back to Florida in just five days. It was explained to me that parts deliveries were slow (my car needed a few front-end parts including the intercooler for the turbo, a radiator, and, of course, the destroyed body parts). I was provided no assurance that they could complete the job by Friday (dropped it off that Monday), but they did say they would try. I recieved a daily update -- mind you, I was not calling them; they contacted me! And, as each day passed, I started to feel more confident the job would be done, and by goodness, it was! The entire team came through. All of the work was completed to perfection. Truly amazing! If I was allowed to provide more than five stars, I would. If you ever find yourself in need of their services, don't hesitate!”

I was impressed how the person on top and the person in the pit communicate to ensure things are handled properly, safely and efficiently. The emission test was fast and efficient as well. What's REALLY great is that the emissions is processed immediately and you can go directly across the street to Kroger where they have a tag renewal kiosk. Highly recommend! “My rear view mirror fell and I went online and tried everything suggested to do it myself and nothing worked. It's a Cadillac with OnStar built in to the rear view mirror so it is wired and very heavy so none of the online remedies worked at all. Finally I called a nearby glass shop and they recommended me to the glass man. It took them 5 minutes and it cost about as much as I had already spent on the various glues and kits to repair the rear view mirror. I wish I had just come here to begin with! They were so easy to work with and so quick!”
