“I have done business with this Amals tires since moving to Atlanta two years ago. Moe always does a good job and is friendly enough without being overbearing. I have also come there on occasion to get a tire patched. It had many screws in it, but rather than selling me a new tire they determined which screws were puncturing the tire and plugged only one screw that was an actual problem. He just as easily could have said all 5 screws needed to be pulled and plugged. I appreciate the honesty and it just feels good when you go to amals tires and they remember you by your name and they treat you like a family member. I recommend this shop for all my family members and friends!”

“The front desk employee will work with you if you are told that your vehicle needs a new engine; I was told up front all the details; yes, all the reviews that say that this place takes longer than a month to do certain repairs are absolutely true; however, the people that work here and the friends they know next door at the Transmission Repair Shop and the Local Tow Truck Driver are all in a large family together and shall work with you, if you let them; you will neeed to have a ton of money and a ton of patience if you are getting expensive repairs that have a delay to them; you can have an invoice sent to you via electronic mail; all you have to do is be polite and ask nicely for an updated invoice for the repairs; they shall work with you on the costs and how soon you are able to pay the costs up front; Five out of Five Stars; if you think you are not receiving the timely communication that you desire, then just email and call them until you get the results that were desired.”
