“I had a big crack in my windshield from rocks falling off a dump truck. I had an house call appointment set up before I got home. A few days later I left my car in the driveway and came home to a new windshield. Couldn’t have been more convenient. Unfortunately the windshield they used made my car’s HUD blurry but they came back out as soon as they could acquire a windshield from a different manufacturer and they replaced the defective one for free. 10/10 would use them again.”

“My daughter & I came to this dealership to look at a few different vehicles that I had seen on FB & pretty much as soon as she seen the 2013 Ford C Max Hybrid she fell in love. The man that owns the dealership was nice & definitely not pushy, he asked me what we were looking for & I told him that I had seen some vehicles on FB that I had saved & he waited for me to pull it up on my phone & he showed me all the cars on my list unless it had been sold. When my daughter told me she wanted the C Max & we were checking it out the man's wife arrived & told us that her husband had to go to pickup some other cars & that she would take care of us if we had any questions or anything. Well needless to say we ended up buying the car & she even stayed well past closing time so we wouldn't have to come back the next day which I really did appreciated. The only thing that I thought was rediculous was that when I asked if I could pay with my debit card she said yes but that I would have to pay a fee for her to use the square she told me that the fee was gonna be over a $100 but she'd split the difference with me cuz I didn't have any extra money. I have never had anyone charge me for swiping my card through square & if I could've I would've went to the bank & got cash instead of having to pay them $50 extra just to swipe my card.”

When I called, I was greeted by a friendly voice and was booked for an appointment for 3 days later. When I arrived, I was checked in right away and sat in a comfortable waiting area with coffee and water available. They even let another person in there use their wifi. Everyone was very professional and friendly and when it came time to pay the bill, I was very pleasantly surprised to see that I was not ripped off at all. Whereas the dealer mechanic tried to sell me on repairs worth 1.5x the trade-in value of the car itself, Catherine’s (against their best interest in terms of getting my sign off on expensive repairs) was honest with me of the costs and of the fact that these one-off largest fixes will likely keep coming for an older car. They helped walk me through the trade offs of continuing to repair the old car vs considering getting or leasing a new one, and allowed me to confidently make the best decision for myself.
