“I was initially skeptical about going to this branch due to general bad reviews yet I went as it's closest. Honestly, most of the bad reviews can be attributed to individual 'expectations' as they expected a full branch with teller services. This branch has everything except teller services. Chase Bank's front office people are generally good BUT their Back Office definitely needs improvement in their efficiency. Whenever someone opens an account, the back office due diligence takes days which in my opinion SHOULD BE DONE IN HOURS. The staffs at this Branch were very prompt, courteous, attentive and served us immediately to our full satisfaction. Keep up the good services!”

“This woman is a literal hair goddess!! I have not let anyone touch my hair for years since I’ve had a lot of bad experiences at salons, I recently went to a salon and they absolutely trashed my hair, I came here in a defeated attempt to fix it and I will not look back! This is the only place I will go to from now on, she spent the time to split my hair properly and bleach it and color everything right and even used some magical products to save my bleached hair. She really knows her stuff, highly recommend anyone come to this place!”

“This boutique is by far the best at Halcyon!!! I was at this location as well on 4/26 at approx 3:00pm and despite the other review...I had an exceptional experience. I was shopping with my mom and the young girl greeted us immediately upon entry and asked us what we were up to for the day. She even suggested options for dining since my mom and I were planning to eat dinner at Halcyon. I tried on multiple dresses and the associate offered me a fitting room with the FIRST item I picked up and also added a fun pair of earrings she thought would look great with the dress! It was one of the most pleasant shopping experiences because the associate really took care of us and was personable without being pushy. It saddens me the other reviews wrote such bad things because I am here writing one on how amazing my mom and I thought the store was. DONT BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU READ! If I could give this 10+ stars I would. Cant wait to go back and see the new arrivals!”
