“I had a dental emergency with a temporary crown done by another dentist, and was in town for work. DentFirst was amazing, the first one to pick up the phone out of 4 calls to other providers. Jennifer was all over it and got me set up to come in same day. This wasn’t major work that I needed done and I also was not from the area but everyone in the office was there to help including checking out, Angela was equally amazing and even followed up later on the afternoon with a phone call. This very thorough exam treatment plan was actually what I wanted without me having to tell them,instead of other places that tell you this horrible stuff they want to do. The cost was a lot less than the other dentist I had been to as well .Yes, I do have insurance But since I'm not being billed for a bunch of unnecessary treatments that I don't want or need it works out. “We drove over an hour for this location and it was worth it. We're a family with 4 children between the ages of 2 and 8. I took all four of my children here on the same day for appointments and it was the least stressful time I've ever experienced in doing so! First, the building was designed with parents and children in mind. Second, the staff, literally every person we came in contact with, was do friendly and kind. Third, they worked quickly and efficiently. All four of my kids were in and out within an hour!! I have two kids on the spectrum who I was worried about handling this whole situation poorly. It's stressful, if you're a parent of special needs children you'll understand!! BUT like I said, the staff was so patient and kind. My kids actually enjoyed the visit. Do you ever hear that from kids?! I would absolutely recommend this practice and I would also recommend making the drive if it's not near you!”

“I was worried about going to Dr Cherry's office after my traumatic experience with previous periodontist. Everything about Dr Cherry and his office was praiseworthy. He has excellent front staff who calls for prior authorization gives clear explanation about insurance coverage. DR Cherry to pictures of every tooth in my mouth. I have never had this before. He showed me on hugh screen every tooth in my mouth and the problems related to them. I have gone again for my treatments. The dental hygienist and the nurse are extremely helpful. They showed me how to brush the teeth correctly and how to floss. I have been to several dentist in the past but no one has taken that much time and effort towards my dental health. DR Cherry should be called Dr True Gem and I am glad I found him. Someone said "Every tooth in a man’s head is more valuable than a diamond." I am very happy he treated my teeth as diamonds.
