My first visit was on 05/18/23 and I was so impressed with the warm reception that I received from front office staff. The hygienist assigned to me took great care and was very personable and kind. Meeting Dr. Innis was such a pleasure and very refreshing (from what I have experienced with previous dentists). It felt great to know that Dr. Innis cared about the health and wellness of teeth and explained. He took the time to explain the evaluation of my teeth and the next action steps. “This is the best dental office I’ve been to. The entire office is very clean. The waiting area is nicely decorated, comfortable seating, beautiful light fixtures, very modern. But what stands out even more than the cleanliness and decor is quality of service provided. Sharon is great, always friendly, professional and goes above and beyond. Janice our dental hygienist was knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. You can tell she truly cares. Julia was super friendly (gave me Starbucks creamer ;-) Juan at the front desk was also great. The entire staff there is awesome. I’m not sure if she’s still there, but I have to mention how amazing Dr. (or NP) Tamika Williams was. One of the best. Immediately felt comfortable around her even when talking about a fairly uncomfortable topic, lol. She makes you feel like you’re talking to a friend. No judgment, very knowledgeable and down to earth, truly cares about the patient’s wellbeing and comfort. She’s exactly the type of person that should be working in healthcare. If this location was closer, I would visit her every time. She also patiently explained the billing process, which can be confusing. I’m sure I could’ve said more about her had I wrote this much sooner. And had also seen Dr. Patel maybe a year or two prior at the Dallas location, and she was also fantastic.”
