“I have never had such a professional, kind and courteous experience with a doctor and staff before. From the person at the front desk to the check out was not just easy but also very complete. My first visit was for a check-up. I actually showed up four days early for my blood work and the phlebotomist very kindly took me anyway. For the first time in 58 years I had a phlebotomist get my blood in a single try. (When I got married it took 12 tries.) Not only that, the office staff didn't make me feel like an idiot for getting my appointment time wrong. The person who took my history was very patient and kind. She dealt with me in such a sensitive manner. I was very impressed. The second time I had to go to the doctor I was ill. Dr. Matechak had an emergency. I mistakenly had left my phone off, the staff had tried to call me all morning before my appointment. When I showed up they seamlessly worked me in to see his partner, Dr. Mitchell. I so appreciated it. This is a truly remarkable team. I highly recommend this practice.”

I have been here 25 mins already. My appointment is at 10. I dont know why a patient would have to wait almost 30 mins to be signed in. I may not come back. Ill have to be wowed by the dentist to even consider returning. This is crazy. So i thought i update my review. Although i wasnt happy at first dr. Allen made me very happy. She was great with my daughter. Very thorough and concern. I believe she has great bedside manner. She gave me her direct number and was very apologetic about my wait. I believe they now have a long term patient.”

How many doctors do you know that answer their own emails from patients (through their patient portal)?!? He thinks outside the box, like I told him that I was having fatigue and he decided to run some tests. Turns out I was vitamin D deficient. No other doctor ever cared. They figured that bc I was a trial attorney that I just had a lot of stress and not enough sleep. He actually listened to me and thought about me before making any decisions.
