I let them know I didn't want the food and left because I knew from ordering the same item the same way at other locations, that she had the total correct the first time. But they still charge my credit card $12.92. Today I went and spoke to the manager, Yesenia oh, and she took care of the matter for me. She was very professional and polite.”

“ABC Pediatric Group is an amazing practice and Dr. Fiona Blair and her nurses are heaven sent! HOWEVER she is gonna have to do a better job at hiring her front desk staff. My first daughter started going to this pediatrician 6 yrs ago and I have always had a issue with some of the front desk staff( promise you it's not me). They are always rude, unpleasant or have a nasty attitude toward the Parents. For this very reason I am strongly considering switching to a new pediatrician!!! What's even more disheartening is the main rude person is the OFFICE MANAGER MS. TERESA. Dr. Blair please screen them better!! Signed a concerned parent.”
