“I don’t know how I would’ve made it down the aisle with the team at Weddings By Epic. They executed my decor and floral vision to a level of perfection that went beyond what I could’ve imagined. It was somehow even more beautiful than what I pictured in my head. Everyone was gushing over the over the table settings, the ceremony set up, and just about everything else they saw. It was literally breathtaking. Lindsey did an amazing job building a decor plan and making sure everything was cohesive. As for my coordinator, AUBREE WAS AMAZING. She made sure everything ran smoothly, helped me (and my husband) with everything we needed, and took all of the stress away. She kept us on schedule and solved any problem that came up before I even knew about them. And before the wedding she was super patient with me and gave me lots of grace when I was an indecisive hot mess. On the day of the wedding, Jessica was Aubree’s assistant and she was great too. Last thing and then I’m done gushing, the owner, Jennifer Lott, is a literal angel/unicorn lady. She made sure I got the day I was dreaming of and I’m SO grateful. Not because I don’t like the service, but because I’m simply not interested in writing it. Okay, this is besides the point. I tend to be a perfectionist, so after reading the bad reviews for this location, I requested that my order was to be delivered through a different location. I was blunt about it to the manager. I told him that this order was very special to me. The manager wasn’t pushy or even mad at my reasoning. He suggested that I could talk to corporate to make that change. He also informed me that this location switched management on December 1st of 2021 and has completely rewritten how this location done things. I told him if he promised to do everything with love, I would let this location take my order. And he absolutely did that! I wanted to update my order from half strawberries dipped to all the strawberries dipped and he made that change with no additional charge to show me that my faith was in good hands. In addition, the manager even took the time out of his night to text me a picture of the final results and it came out absolutely perfect. The quality of fruits were divine and the delivery was effortless If you want to be treated like family, do yourself a favor and come here!!!”
