“I contacted Serenity Empire on the day my dad was being released from the hospital. There was a lot I needed to navigate in order to transition my dad from his house to a personal care facility. Mrs. Henrietta was God sent, she was so patient and full of compassion for my dad’s situation. She even told me about available resources he potentially qualified for. We went to visit with a short notice. The facility was very clean, staff was helpful and seemed to treat residents like family. My dad has been there for 2 months and although this is an adjustment for him, they continue to go above and beyond to make him feel comfortable.”
