She convinced me I would be well taken care of and I definitely was!! The office environment is very clean, the staff welcoming and the ambience very good. We see and read so much from the media concerning Senior Living and for whatever the reason it seems to always focus on the negative. After my visit today, my hat is off to ALL staff working at the Brightmoor facility in Griffin, Ga. I left there with a warm heart, 100 pounds removed from my shoulders, and with faith knowing that my mom will be taken care of! The facility was clean, it has that " at home" atmosphere when you step in the door, and most of all - A SMILING and COMPASSIONATE staff that seem to really care about their residents.
