“I've been training here since July and I've haven't felt this good since my early 20's. Coach Jon, Coach Lee and Coach Victoria make each of their kickboxing classes fun and instructive. Even though I'm winded at the end, I always look forward to the next class. That's a feeling I've never had about fitness and I appreciate that I feel that way now. I enrolled my daughter in kids BJJ and she loves it. I look forward to a long future here. I highly recommend. Update: I began my journey in July weighing 255 lbs. “I just spent three weeks at Scepter/ Parkwood. I had a very good experience. The nurses and CNA‘s are exceptional. If I have a need, they took care of it. They are like your friends. They’re very caring and very concerned about the patient. I had therapy while I was there and the occupational therapist and physical therapist were very good. They took the time they needed to be with you, you never felt rushed. The food was OK. Some days were really good other days were just OK. If I had to say if I would tell someone else to go there I would. I was lucky I only need the stay for three weeks. But they have other people who were there a lot longer. I feel like this is a very good facility and I recommend it to anyone.”
