I went in to get my DOT Physical to which I was having problems with with another well known Clinic. I walked in and was greeted with a smile. Explained why I was there and within a few minutes after checking in, I was called back to be looked at. After 45 minutes, I was walking out with my medical card with no problems mentioned like I had at the last well known Clinic. Everyone treated me with respect as well as I to them. “Being a first time patient, from first encounter with front desk staff everyone was totally professional greeting with smiles., made it the more comfortable for me. Myself working for 40 years in the medical field in a managerial position. I completely have a low tolerance for unprofessionalism. This was a very awesome experience that I would highly recommend. Although I have 1 suggestion that staff in back Medical assistant should introduce themselves once patient is called back, I actually had to ask her name and position. This makes a patient feel comfortable with them. Not everyone who has an initial appointment may or may not be or feel anxious. However when you come across good professional people it’s a resurgence of feeling calm…Dr. O. was the first pain management provider who was completely compassionate listened and offered me an alternative to hopefully relieve my unfortunate pain I’ve been suffering for past 6 years with a total knee replacement that failed then a revision of same knee, which left me limited to only 2to 3 hours after that knee would swell only leaving my choice to get off of it which had me confined to my bed for the rest of the day, had to be assisted with leg lifting I couldn’t lift on my own. “This doctor's office was absolutely phenomenal the staff was very accommodating and the Doctor Brad far exceeded my expectations in being knowledgeable and helpful in giving solutions to my hip problems the other doctors I went to told me there's nothing they could do but hip replacement surgery and I'm 33 so not trying to go that route unless absolutely necessary. Doctor Brad recommended prp shots and I got 1 and I feel a huge difference I'm so thankful for these doctors over here a Barbour who are experienced and have cutting edge solutions bone and joint health. This place is Awesome”
