The therapist I had there changed my life in the short few weeks I was able to go. The personal trainer and nutritionist helped me immensely, in a way I did not anticipate needing. This place is what mental health facilities are meant to be and feel like. Every staff member was kind, the building itself was beautiful, and the specific approach to mental health is definitely what I needed. No one ever pushed a diagnosis or pills— just looking inward. This was such a difficult decision but after caring for my parents nearly ten years, dad passing away in 2017, mom losing most of her mobility, I was physically and mentally dying. I had looked at several places and never got that warm and fuzzy so I just couldn't bring myself to send mom anywhere. When I toured this place, my heart felt at peace. It's the cleanest place I've ever been in. It always smells good, food is delicious and all the staff are so kind and loving. This is the third Dr I have seen for this issue and will be staying with him moving forward. The others don’t come close in comparison. I received a cortisone shot in my thumb and my previous experience was so painful and with Dr. Von Bergen it was such a better experience. He was easy to talk to and so friendly. “I had a non urgent medical emergency that could not wait so I contacted Grady's advice nurse. She advises me to come in to be seen by the doctor. This location is not my normal doctors office but they had an opening so I took it. The building is spacious, light, modern and fresh. It has a lot of sleek and modern features. It has more than one waiting area with comfortable seating. Their was virtually no one in the waiting room other than myself. You can check on using a kiosk or at the front desk. They had two associates at the desk who presented a smile and was polite and cheerful. I didn't have to wait as they called me within 5 minutes. I was sent by Nurse Practitioner Tiffany Hamilton. She was very professional, acted like she cared and expressed empathy when she saw my pain and distress and advises me on what caused it and how to resolve it. She also a sent a message to my PCP to contact me for further review of my situation. I appreciated that. I couldn't walk and she got me a wheelchair to go to the lab. The lab department was professional as well drawing blood quickly with as less pain as possible. This was a great experience and I appreciated their being quick.”
