Hunter checked in all of our equipment and had to manually undo a lot of the technical issues that corporate Uhaul had in their system regarding my rentals. Hunter was extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient, humorous, persistent, and willing to stay on the phone with Uhaul lengthy amounts of time just to make sure everything was resolved properly for the check in process. Hunter also supported us about a week and a half after that to ensure we got the full refund we were supposed to receive from corporate Uhaul because of their own mix up. “This Ingles is wonderful. It's in an excellent location. It's never crowded. Each employee there is very helpful. The fruits and vegetables are always fresh. They always look good. Their meats, the quantity and quality is always on point. If you need help with reaching something or not knowing where it is at, there's always an employee there to help. After check out if you need help putting things in your car an employee will push the buggy for you and load up your car as well. Not looking for a tip but it's always good to give something.”
