“I don't understand some of these reviews I am reading because my family and I had an amazing experience at Jonesboro nursing and rehab. Yes, we had some complaints initially but that was due to our unrealistic expectations. Once we talked to the staff and they explained everything to us including how things worked, we took a step back and let the professionals handle it. The staff was quick to respond with concerns we had and with great courtesy and took very good care of our dad. You can tell by seeing and speaking with the long term residents that they truly love it there. I hope every one give this place a chance. No place is perfect and the staff at Jonesboro truly care and go out of their way to accommodate anything you need. You just have to communicate.”
