“At first I was very skeptical when I spoke to a receptionist over the phone..maybe she was just having a bad day I don't know. But being here in person, I was very happy. The waiting time isn't the best. But that's okay. I can deal with that if the people working here are overly friendly. I like a smiling face, friendly conversation and people to show that they really do care. I'm having to have transfusions for the next several weeks and knowing that I will be treated with respect, kindness and someone with a loving and caring heart makes me happy to come back, and definitely out weighs the cons of the wait time.
