He is extremely in tune with his patients, addresses any concerns or fears (for cowards like myself), and explains each step of any procedure he is performing so that you know what to expect. His lovely, friendly staff make a visit enjoyable and are always good for a warm smile or a kind word. “I have been working out regularly for over 15 years now. I have been to a lot of different gyms, had personal trainers, and have done CrossFit at other locations as well. Never have a found a gym as incredible as this. The atmosphere is second to none. Every day is genuinely enjoyable, and that’s a credit to both the coaches and members. Speaking of the coaches, they are all skilled to the greatest level and I’ve already seen progress in a short period of time that I’ve been chasing for years. Staff was extremely friendly, and I really enjoyed the old school barbershop feel and look. They even use hot lather and a straight razor on your neck with a neck massage and a hot towel. Haircut was well above what I am used to, and I have several comments on how good of a job they did. I've been back again and same great experience. It is more expensive than the chain locations in the area but well worth it imo.”
