“This is the best dental office I’ve been to. The entire office is very clean. The waiting area is nicely decorated, comfortable seating, beautiful light fixtures, very modern. But what stands out even more than the cleanliness and decor is quality of service provided. Sharon is great, always friendly, professional and goes above and beyond. Janice our dental hygienist was knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. You can tell she truly cares. Julia was super friendly (gave me Starbucks creamer ;-) Juan at the front desk was also great. The entire staff there is awesome. I’ve been coming to this office for several years and will continue to do so. They’re the best!”

“I have only amazing things to say about Eden but one of my experiences says it all. I am a mama of 5 and often take my kiddos to Eden for a healthy treat. On one of those days, my 2 year old was struggling and throwing a fit. She knocked our entire order out of my and spilled it all over the floor. The staff so graciously remade our order, cleaned up our mess, and kindly took my 2 year old by the hand to help with the clean up. The ladies who work there are always such a blessing and make my crazy crew feel welcomed. We all LOVE every single thing we’ve tried—and we’ve almost tried it all. Also, when our family was down for the count with illness, Eden kindly delivered our favorite treats right to our door! I can’t say enough or give enough stars to say how much we love this place. “My prayers were answered when we found Ridge Manor for my mom with dementia. My dad and I looked at numerous memory care facilities in Canton, but none could compare to the love and attention she receives at Ridge Manor. The ratio is 1:6 twenty four hours per day. Most of the other facilities we looked at were 1:8 during the day and 1:10 or 16 at night. My mother is a big fall risk and needed much more attention than the larger facilities could offer. She has a mat next to her bed which chimes so that they know when she gets up. The caregivers at Ridge Manor have completely spoiled my mother. They know her favorite foods and drinks and they offer them routinely. They do not get upset when she is agitated and know exactly how to calm her down. They call me if mom doesn’t eat a meal, if she didn’t sleep well, or if she shows any signs of not feeling well. I’m a nurse by trade and I completely trust Jason and the caregivers with the care of my beloved mom.”

“Edit to Add: After speaking with the Practice Manager, Courtney, I’m updating my review to 5 stars. I very much appreciated the thorough investigation of what happened with my dog’s medication - she took an entire day to investigate before reaching out to me. She also made me feel like she was genuinely concerned with the issue and reassured me there would be policy changes to ensure this does not happen again. I’ve worked in customer service for the last 8 years. Mistakes happen. How you handle the mistakes is what matters, and I feel this was handled amazingly. Thank you - we would definitely come back! I want to preface this review by saying we used Bartow Animal Hospital for YEARS before moving down to Marietta and were extremely pleased - 5 pets went to them over the years for vetting & boarding. I do not typically write reviews, but I felt the need to share my experience. We recently used Bartow for boarding our 2 dogs because our current vet did not have availability. One of our dogs takes medication daily plus had additional medication for an ear infection he was diagnosed with just before boarding. I sent all medication, properly labeled, and discussed it upon drop off. The ear medication was brand new, unopened, applicator not attached. After returning home, the ear medication was still brand new, unopened, applicator not attached. I called to ask what happened. The person that answered the phone said it was marked off as administered, so she also asked the tech who administered it to confirm what happened. The tech stated that there was a dog boarding next to my dog that had the same medicine and that's what was used accidentally. First, what are the odds that a dog next to my dog has the same medicine? Second, what are the odds that same dog was there the entire duration of my dog’s stay to use the same medicine from 11/3-11/8? This is completely unacceptable. I’m glad the other medication my dog takes daily was packaged with his food bags. I fear that if it wasn’t, it would not have been given.”
