“Today my aunt and I brought a 2 year old and 4 year old in to pick a “just because” gift (something I’ve never done but my aunt insisted on). While at the store we asked for a price check on a few items, while the employee was stocking shelves. She immediately helped us then returned to her work. After my kiddos had chosen a toy, we’re headed to the checkout down the party goods aisle. My 4 year old picked up a small snow globe which I immediately told him to put back down… before he had the chance to put it down, he dropped it accidentally and it shattered on the floor. I found the employee that had helped us earlier, I believe her name tag said Harmony, and asked her how I could clean it up and pay for the item. She came to our aisle and cleaned up the area and insisted that it was an honest mistake and we did not need to pay for the 3.50 broken globe. I was mortified that I had let this happen and wanted to crumble into a million pieces- apparently my four year old felt the same because at the register he asked me if the police were on the way to get him. As a mother who’s as frazzled in this situation, with a very sensitive child that genuinely did not mean harm to any store items, I could not have been more appreciative of Harmony. I would certainly come back to this store to shop for its amazing customer service (although they would probably prefer we shop elsewhere ha).”

“I have been coming to this primary care location over 10 years. The office staff are cheerful and knowledgeable in insurance coverage. I usually have a five or 10 minute wait before I am taken back to the exam room. I’m very pleased with Dr Yamin, Who filled in for my assigned primary care doctor, out on medical leave. Please disregard all the negative comment above, she is one of the most friendly doctor I've met in my life and I believe, she is very knowledgeable and professional doctor. She explained my skin condition issues properly, timely. We should understand that her work is to take care of patient, and there are many of them in line waiting for their treatment. We should learn not to waste time of the medical core with unnecessary histories and comment, so they can focus in applying their competencies to solve our issues. Overexplaining does not help in any domain, once the doctor get your point, trust his/her work, and pray God to help you get better.
