This year we're going to stop over and found out about the devastating fire. So we looked up on Google to see what happened, I believe these negative reviews are related so more than what they divulge... you know each story has 2 sides. All I can say is that the few times we have stopped at Red Door, we're always well received, and always found a few great items at great prices. Some made great Christmas gifts. “I have been with SWAT for a few years now and could not be happier. Jackie and Kay got me set up and scheduled for my bi-weekly mosquito treatments. I cannot say enough about these 2 ladies. They always go above and beyond.... so helpful, and so very sweet and kind. I was recently assigned a new technician, Craig....he has exceeded my expectations, by far. Craig is always professional and courteous. He sends me a text at least 30mins before his ETA, which allows me time to put my dogs up, before his arrival. He arrives on time and always with a smile on his face. He answers any questions or concerns I may have and does an outstanding job at keeping my yard mosquito free. It is such a joy and pleasure doing business with these folks....I love the warm, family vibe and their quality of service”

“This year’s Mother’s Day sale provided a nice “buy one get two free” opportunity. We visited two locations and the selection and variety of “supply” was the best I’ve seen since the onset of Covid. The one thing that could be better when shopping in multiples (because we had three generations of shoppers shopping together) and using multiple paying methods…would be the ability to use the coupons and reward credits using the rewards holders’ phone number! It would be a nice benefit!”

“I was seeing one too many roaches around my house, and I was having a large family function for Labor Day. I asked my provider at that time, Zone Pest, if they would come out for a mid-quarter spray. Long story short, I had to give them the boot. My friend referred B3 Pest Control and I'm so glad she did! They came out to service me the VERY SAME DAY!!! On a holiday weekend!!! And it's been uphill ever since. I noticed right away that the rep did things that I'd NEVER seen Zone do. They literally sprayed every nook & cranny of my home, inside & out. It's been about 6 months at this point and I've not seen a single roach.... not even in the garage! Not to mention, they are always on-time, polite, and super professional. I am a permanent customer! Benny is great!”

We selected signs to personalize for our homes and drank a little wine while we worked (to help fully express our inner artists). The staff was very organized and helpful, making the entire creative process easy and the stain/paint palettes were varied, offering something for everyone.
