“We worked with Jim and concept flooring to install flooring for our home. We replaced carpet in some rooms and refinished the wood floors in other areas. They made all the flooring flow well looks like it was all intended to be this way all along. Also I wanted grey floors but we have red oak, but they did an excellent job, we love the color. Jim also organized for a painter to paint the railings. The customer service is amazing, very responsive, extremely helpful, explained the process and made recommendations and gave me options. I appreciate the consultative approach. Very happy! Love our new floors so much we’ve avoided adding rugs for a while to enjoy them.”

“I don't typically do online reviews, but my experience with this company has been over-the-top exceptional! Let me start with the customer service. Having a website and an App has been great. Most questions are answered there, but over the last year, I've had to call in with questions. They always take the time to explain everything in detail, never trying to rush you off the phone. The knowledge that they pass on is priceless! The product Dragon Juice is by far the best and most versatile product I've used in the 10 years we've been in business. I'm sure we have tried over 50 different degreasers and cleaners through the years. Most of these products are only designed for one particular type of stain. In the past year of using DJ, it has proved to work on a WIDE variety of oils, stains, oxidation and other discolorations. Each truck now has a 5 gallon bucket of DJ on it. This has replaced about 5 different chemicals that we used to carry! Now for the safety aspect. One benefit of DJ is that you don't have to worry about it spilling in your work vehicles and causing an explosion or deadly gas. When we used to carry 5 different chemicals, I was always worried about spills and mixing. It inevitably happened, but thank goodness nobody was ever hurt. As we grow and have more employees, it has been more and more important that we have products that are safe to use and non-hazardous to the environment. I can't tell you how much more at ease I am when sending guys out with this one product, rather than multiple harsh ones. The safeness of this product also comes into play when you are applying it. Our old products could not be sprayed near wood doors, aluminum trim and many other sensitive surfaces. None of this is a concern when using Dragon Juice. It truly is remarkable!
