“All County Appliance came out to access a problem with our 25 year old Amana refrigerator in 2021 when there was a 6 month wait on purchasing new refrigerators. We had first paid a corporate (chain) company to come out and they claimed our problem was the compresser. They wanted to charge us over $1,000 to replace it. We couldn't understand how it could be the compressor when the refrigerator was running super cold... it just wasn't shutting itself off. It was running continuously. They advised us to leave it running for 24 hours and then call them back. We didn't. We called All County Appliance. They fixed our refrigerator for less than $250 by taking care of the actual problem- the timer. One year later and it's still running strong... and shutting off between cycles. Mr Williams Sr performed excellent work for a reasonable price.”

I needed an office chair for my home office and Steven made the experience such a breeze (despite my major indecisiveness). He was extremely informative, accommodating, and so incredibly patient. “We are absolutely over the moon with the results of our 20 yr old Lowe’s Trinidad pontoon. We live in Lake Windward, Alpharetta & a neighbor recommended Cibele at Overboard Designs. All of our reupholstering is fabulous with Cibele’s artistic touch, & talent. The new flooring is spectacular with its 10 yr guarantee & without a single spot if mold since we had it done over 6 months ago. I can’t even begin to mention all the extras Cibele gave us, from trailering the boat for no additional charge to a gift of one of her custom cup holders that matched our upholstery. We had a few issues with the electrical after we got the boat back, but she never hesitated for a moment to tell us she would pay for correcting the error her team made in putting it all back together. Her end product & customer service is superb and 1st class. We will forever be grateful to Cibele & her team for a beautiful job on our old pontoon. It looks like a million bucks now. We wholeheartedly recommend Overboard Designs. They are gracious, customer focused & worth every penny you spend there.”

“They always have what I need and I love going here to find nice inexpensive gifts! My fiance knows I'm probably gonna stop here on my way home 😊. Update January 2021. In the times of a pandemic there must be a better way to handle the long lines and wait time especially considering that I'm currently witnessing two attendants in the store work but only one is on the register while the other stocks. Best business practice is break down the line then go back to stocking. This store had this problem prior to the pandemic. It makes me wonder how their cleanliness is while this is going on. I did not see the cashier at the time sanitize her hands once while working to registers at once and handling almost 20 customers. Cant wait for this store to be under better management. Update May 2022! Remodeled and new items. I'll have to get use to remembering where items are but awesome selection to choose from. I love gifting items and usually grab little trinkets, gift bags, etc to decorate. They did sell clothes but I have not seen many , just basic t shirt/underwear. They also have a small grocery section that offers fresh food. Always delighted to have a healthy option to choose from for the family. I am a snacker and this has helped me choose a banana versus a bag of chips 🤦🏾♀️, hey its keeping me health conscious! They are still working on organizing which is to be expected since we're recovering from the pandemic. Staff shortages everywhere so we'll just have to be patient. The manager here is awesome! Always friendly and helpful! Give her a raise she deserves it!”
