“I visited Bob’s Upholstery after visiting another upholstery shop getting information on fabrics and costs to reupholster my sofa, chair and ottoman. The first place I visited did not show me any fabrics but just wanted to tell me what the estimated costs would be….. no interest whatsoever. I left there and went to Bob’s. I must say, the atmosphere was completely different! I was immediately drawn to all the beautiful fabrics. Shonna spent a lot of time with me explaining the different fabrics and asking what I had in mind. I enjoyed my time with all these wonderful people and with their help was able to make a decision. I am waiting to get the work done but not the least worried. I know it will be really good based on all the beautiful furniture on their floor that they had upholstered.”

Frugal Kitchen provided me a contract and a detailed schedule so I knew exactly what to expect. I didn't have to call them once to fix any problems. All of the people who came to my house were professional, courteous, and diligent. Customer service reps, the owner, and design reps were quick to answer all of my questions. I felt like my job was important to them. They didn't split time between my reno and another one somewhere else. The contractors stayed the entire day until the job was complete.
