My wife and I finally settled on flooring choice and scheduled a day that worked for use and Flooring Pro-1 sent a double sized team and they both moved our furniture with care and began removing the old floor and once old floor was removed they cleaned up and began installing the new floor. I was very happy with the professionalism and ability to finish the job in one day. Our house has 2000 + feet of wood floors and everyone else said 2-3 days of work. I came in to make a payment and found out that the Sales representative messed up my order yesterday. (Everybody makes mistakes.) But she was very kind and patient, and that’s what I like. However, I’m so grateful for the young lady showing me what I was paying for today, had she not done that I would’ve never knew that the order was not right! I’m so thankful for that. I would of been so disappointed if they order the wrong thing, and had to start over. Nice and clean place. Beautiful furniture I would say affordable! My opinion! They do have layaway! They don’t deliver but they do have a list of delivery services for you. I notice No one had on mask tho. But I had mine on.? #happy customer ?”
