“I'm surprised that there's so many negative reviews. Maybe I've just been lucky. I order from this place a lot, and they always get my orders right. When I go to pick them up, the people at the register are always friendly and accommodating, and the delivery drivers are pleasant too. It's rare that there's mishaps with delivery orders, and for those rare times it does happen (typically, if there is a mishap, it's because it was labeled as delivered before it even made its way out of the restaurant), they're pretty transparent when I call them about it.”

The maintenance crew always come in a timely manner and they get the work done. The office staff are kind and helpful. The grounds are kept clean and all the amenities are very nice to have. “This place rocks hard. The burger was amazing, and the lemon pepper wings were delicious. My partner got the mild wings and potato skins, and those were tasty as well. We got delivery, and the food was finished super fast. They also payed attention to me checking off that I wanted my burger rare. (Lots of places ignore that and cook it however they want.) I also wasn’t sure about the steak fries since they usually get soggier than regular ones, but these were CRISP and awesome. Super delicious food all around.”

“I called this store to make sure they had a certain phone in stock before I went to the actual store. It was end of the day and they were still pleasant. I say that because the Carmina drive location acted like I was bothering them when I called. I went to this location in a Saturday. Jocelyn greeted me and was very kind. I told her what I was looking for and she advised they had it in stock. I wound up purchasing a different phone but I was happy none the less. Jocelyn was friendly and super efficient band was able to multi task when other customers dropped in while she activated my phone. The whole experience was very pleasant, quick and not stressful. Technology has changed so that everything transfers easily. If I ever need anything else I will visit this location for sure.”

My first visit when they first opened was great but the customer service had been on a constant decline every time I'd visited since. This visit though, was great. Great customer service and I’m so glad she’s on your team! When it said she was 15 mins away, it literally meant actually less than 15 minutes and usually I have to call up to the store and check to see how long until delivery because I placed my order like hours ago and had complications. Anyways, I’m super super happy with my service that I received today and the pizza looked like how it’s supposed to! I really appreciate all of you! Everybody on this shift especially the driver (Sheila) deserve either a raise or a really good tip! I rarely get to leave great reviews but this was worth the time to take to write. They came in found the link explained everything throughout the whole process. I work from home and they did the job in such a profession manner it was like they were not even there! “Today I got fillings, a day after my initial appointment. Staff was absolutely amazing. Made me feel welcomed and immediately address all the concerns that I may have had! Which was dental anxiety. I had a prescription before I left the first visit, for the next few visit I was going to have. They did not disappoint. You’re immediately taken to the back when you arrive for your appointment. Everyone from the ladies at the front desk, to the dental assistant to the actual doctor really inhibit cleanliness and professionalism throughout my entire visit, and that did not go without a few laughs as well!! I highly recommend this dental practice for all you dentistry needs!”
