“Cleveland's Concessions comes second to NONE. First off, they have a 100 health score. They consistently have the best food, near and far. Their food is cooked to order and is always hot when I make it home (if I don't pull over in the parking lot). Their love for cooking really shows in the food, and in the presentation of their product. The portion size is great, as well. It's truly an experience when I get to enjoy a Cleveland's Concessions plate. Top tier meals with grade A service. They have my full support and I rave about them any chance I get.”

“My driver Christopher was so nice 💕 food is always on point . Only issue I’ve had was with a driver named Jessica . I paid in cash and never asked if I needed change or anything just took it all. I work in pizza so I feel like it’s just respectful to ask if they need change . I was going to tip her originally but I feel like she shouldn’t have just assumed bc not everyone will tip. With the same driver she also left part of my order in the hot bag and I had to then say something or she would’ve never got it . But overall I’ve had great experiences with this store keep up the good work!”

“Absolutely, 100% worth the wait. Ordered cheese pie, garlic knots, and caesar salad. The garlic knots were my favorite...seemed like the perfect amount of oil/butter and garlic. The cheese pizza was really tasty...crust spot on, tomato sauce savory...very delicious. Cheese pie was lightly seasoned and really it probably one of the best I've ever eaten. Definitely will come back and highly recommend to all. With food this delicious it's no wonder they were so busy. I visited on a Thurs evening @ dinner hour and ordered online. Pizza was ready for pickup about 65 min later, just over the estimate provided initially in order email. I could see if they are even busier it might take up to 90 min perhaps for an order, so just budget your time accordingly and be patient. Again though, definitely worth the wait in my opinion. Really it's impressive they can crank out as many orders with just a team of two. Hard working team and I'm thankful to be able to try their menu.”

“This past Friday night my wife and I went at 9:50pm to get some pizza hoping they had a hot n’ready so we wouldn’t have to make them make a whole new pizza for us right before they closed. The manager Heather took our order with much love and kindness even though they didn’t have a pizza ready and made an entire new pizza for us. Heather was super kind and was patient with us even as we scrambled for loose change to pay for the pizza and was kind enough to give us double cheese and double pepperoni! That was definitely the best little Caesar’s pizza my wife and I ever had and thanks to Heather she saved our date night 🙏”

“Decided to stop here on a whim and I was not disappointed, the satay chicken was amazing and the Pad See U was tasty. The overall atmosphere is very nice and surprisingly good for a mall restaurant. The staff are friendly and do their best to provide for such a vast space of people and while the pricing is a bit inflated, what isn’t these days? If you’re looking for some classic Thai food, then this is the place to stop! “The place was pretty much a full house when we got there. The one waitress was working very hard to cover the entire restaurant, including the counter service. When we walked in, she immediately told us that it would be a while before we would get food because she was the only one serving. She apologized for that and said that if we needed to be somewhere we probably should not wait. We decided to wait, she did the best she could and cleared the restaurant, got us our food within about 15 minutes. We felt bad for her and gave her a $20 tip for our takeout order. The food was very good and everything that we expected. We did notice that no one wiped the counter service area the entire time we were there. One person was washing the mini fry pans and sending them upside down on top of the dirty counter, on top of food and debris left behind. That one thing will give us a reason to consider not going there again, unfortunately.”

That's a whole lot of chaos coming through the door at one time, and all heading to the restrooms to boot. 🙀😅 But employee Que took charge and made sure everyone was safe and satisfied. Welcoming and professional, she's a real asset to the company. I imagine she's a supervisor but if not she should be. And the store itself was well laid out, bright, tidy and CLEAN. Good place to stop whether you're a local or just passing through.”
