“Great experience coming here with my family of 5. The and the staff was very welcoming. The pool was also really clean and a great place for my kids to get that extra energy out after being in the car for 10 hours. My only suggestion would be to have some sort of pancake or waffle option on the breakfast menu. Corn beef hash and on-demand omelettes are absolutely amazing, but it wasn’t some thing that interested my younger kids. Thank you guys again for the incredible service. I also want to mention that the hospitality staff for breakfast went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The gentleman that was making the omelettes really made my son‘s day and how he engaged with him and the wait staff made us feel like we were the only people eating breakfast this morning. Again, I really appreciate Embassy suites Put so much energy into hiring such great people. Thank you.”

“We were visiting family in Cartersville. We had reserved a room at a different hotel. When we arrived the hotel had given our room away. We had a reservation. My wife in handicap and requires a room with a roll in shower. They offered a different room with a tub and bench. This would not work. They left us with no other options. We started calling around and we found Hilton Garden Inn. The person who answered the phone was so kind and helpful. Hilton Garden Inn was able to find us a room that meet our requirement. We were told to ask for Anthony Jr. when we arrived. Anthony knew all about our situation and had everything in motion as we arrived. The room was great. It had a roll in shower as we requested. The hotel was a great place to stay. Great service. Very clean. Breakfast was great. They made great Belgian waffles to order. My wife commented that this is one of few places that cooked the bacon correctly. Bottom line I highly recommend that if are in need of a hotel in Cartersville, GA choose Hilton Garden Inn Cartersville.”
