“We chose David Hale to do our appraisal based on his review ratings, and we were not disappointed. He was on-time, professional, and certainly knows the business. Once the appraisal was completed, we had questions about his valuation of our home. We called David within our questions and concerns. David actually scheduled a time and came back out to our home, sat and went over his appraisal with us in detail. In this day and time it is difficult, if not impossible to find that level of customer service. We did not agree 100% with his valuation of our home, but we certainly respect his service and work ethic. Would we use his services again if needed, ABSOLUTELY!”
