“These apartments have come a long way. The community is renovating and making improvements for low income families. I haven’t done any research as far as crime so I will refrain from my opinion in that area but I will say I have not seen anything on News regarding crime in the area. There are houses close to entrance so you most often see guys from the community on corner hanging out minding their business and I kind mine and I visit family in this community.”

“I came in to inquire about an apartment and to my surprise, Ms.Valarie was so welcoming, funny and you could tell she cared about not only the property but the tenants! She gave me a lot of information regarding the property and explained to me what I needed to do to be able to reside there in the near future. She was awesome! It’s VERY unheard of that you find leasing agents that are willing to assist you and actually have a dialogue with feeling annoyed or not wanting to be bothered with you. The property should be GRATEFUL to have someone like her.”
