Update : After a year in my home, I'm happy to say that my experience with Berkshire has continued to be completely positive. My property manager is always there when I need her, and completely non-intrusive the rest of the time. She immediately addressed the few minor maintenance issues that cropped up and was also willing to be there to meet the repairman when I couldn't. The contractor she chose was professional, tidy, and polite, and I never felt uncomfortable having him in my home. I'll be renewing my lease digitally (effortlessly).
