“After spending a few hours at Cumberland Island National Park/Seashore, we had dinner across the street from the dock at Seagles. Great, hospitable staff and delicious food. They have both a dining room and a bar. I had the Bourbon Bacon Salmon with cheesy grits and a salad; my husband had the shrimp scampi, which looked beautiful and according to him, amazing! We awarded with the fried oysters appetizer which was so good! Big, plump, juicy oysters breaded and fried to perfection. We will definitely return when we are in the area.”

“My son and I visited this restaurant on a Friday afternoon. I think we made it after their rush since we were the only customers. We were welcomed before we even walked in the door. I thought this was great customer service. Most employees are usually not so attentive when they have downtime at other restaurants I have been to. Our experience was great from the time we walk in until the time we left. We had the premium lemonade, collard green egg rolls, fried peach biscuits, macaroni and cheese, blackened shrimp and grits, fried potatoes, pork bacon, buffalo chicken Philly and the cinnamon roll peach cobbler. Everything was different and delicious. It has been a long time since we had great customer service and enjoyed our food so much. The grits were still creamy before and after I reheated my leftovers and the chicken on the Philly was tender and flavorful. I usually add salt to everything. All of my food was perfectly seasoned. This was a great enjoyable experience. I will definitely be returning and bringing friends along.”

Their wait time was surprising. I ordered 1 large General Tso, 1 large fried rice, 8 steamed dumplings, wonton soup, and 1 large chicken lo mein. Was told it was going to take 15minutes but got my order in precisely 5 minutes! Price is fair and they always, always pack my take out food to the top. A large chicken fried rice could be split for 2 days for me. And their food taste awesome even after being refridgerated and reheated. Delicious place to get some chinese food.”

I had the “small” plate (which is plenty) for $10 and it came with everything in the picture minus the beef paddy. Yes, they do charge a 4% card fee so bring some cash to save some cash. The staff were friendly and even offered what kind of sauce I wanted on the rice (ox tail sauce for me). This is not fast food. Plates take around 10-15 min to prepare, which is worth it for the quality you’re getting. Give this place a shot. The jerk is more on the spicy end but the jerk sauce balances it out nicely.”
