“I have only had a handful of negative experiences at this location. Usually the order is right (although sometimes not). I also normally frequent the restaurant multiple times a week. I’m sure many of the workers know my name. The African American manager (not sure of her name) always goes out of her way to make sure my family has our order and that it is right. She definitely works hard. You can tell she means business but she is very kind. I wish I knew the second woman’s name… but there is a blonde woman who works generally at the second window. She had blue hair for a little bit. She is very nice also and she always gets our order right. We order cookies so often and they are sweet to warm them for us, as not all McDonald’s do this. So thank you for working hard and trying to make this McDonalds better for the Ola community as I’m sure things can get quite hectic!”

“We’re here all the time with it being a close bike ride from the house. The food is always great and they have a solid variety of adult drinks 🍺 to get down on. Best thing to do is go there in the evening, enjoy a bucket of beers with some friends, and then head back the next day for some amazing hangover food that always hits the spot.”

“LaKeida, an employee, totally turned around all experiences I've had at this location. My first visit when they first opened was great but the customer service had been on a constant decline every time I'd visited since. This visit though, was great. She was helpful, very pleasant and very good at sales :) I hope I get to do business with her again in the future. Great customer service and I’m so glad she’s on your team! When it said she was 15 mins away, it literally meant actually less than 15 minutes and usually I have to call up to the store and check to see how long until delivery because I placed my order like hours ago and had complications. Anyways, I’m super super happy with my service that I received today and the pizza looked like how it’s supposed to! I really appreciate all of you! Everybody on this shift especially the driver (Sheila) deserve either a raise or a really good tip! I rarely get to leave great reviews but this was worth the time to take to write. “My daughter had her birthday here last weekend but we didn’t have a party. We came on a Sunday and was able to get three tables by the front windows without taking up seating from others. We got a game card, it’s reloadable. Make sure you pause it when eating or using the restroom. We ordered a pizza and it was delicious. Definitely tastes much better than years ago. She had a blast and came back today for my friends sons birthday who actually did book a party table. The party was really nice but it let me compare if I would have rather had a party or not and I’m glad that I went the route that I did. My two year old had a blast without paying for a party and that’s what matters! Also my friends party host was Ty and that young man did a very nice job! See if you can request him as your party host! He was attentive and in good spirits. Even tried to get the birthday boy in the dancing and singing spirit when Chuck E came out. I will be visiting very soon.”
