He is also great at explaining the problems you have if you aren't mechanically inclined. “I visited Bob’s Upholstery after visiting another upholstery shop getting information on fabrics and costs to reupholster my sofa, chair and ottoman. The first place I visited did not show me any fabrics but just wanted to tell me what the estimated costs would be….. no interest whatsoever. I left there and went to Bob’s. I must say, the atmosphere was completely different! I was immediately drawn to all the beautiful fabrics. Shonna spent a lot of time with me explaining the different fabrics and asking what I had in mind. I enjoyed my time with all these wonderful people and with their help was able to make a decision. I am waiting to get the work done but not the least worried. I know it will be really good based on all the beautiful furniture on their floor that they had upholstered.”
