“Back in December, I contacted Digital Precision about a branding project I needed to have done. Preston was great to work with. He provided me with a reasonable rate and informed me on the vinyls he would be using. He mentioned there was a chance that the type of vinyls being used could delaminate, but assured me if that were the case he would warranty the work. Unfortunately, he was correct, and not long after initial installation, the vinyl did in fact delaminate. This was an unfortunate experience, but no fault of Preston and his quality of work. True to his word, he redid my ENTIRE project with a higher quality film. That experience alone spoke to the type of person Preston is and the kind of ethics he is operating his business under. I’d like to add, I’m VERY particular about how I like things done. He met or exceeded my expectations on all accounts. I will say, communication could be improved, HOWEVER, I recognize Preston is managing this business mostly by himself and between installs and scheduling other (probably much larger) projects than mine, I understood it would take some time to get back to me. So, if you’re looking for a branding project I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Digital Precision. Just be patient with his communication - he’s literally got his hands full. “Our server was very friendly and attentive. My breakfast Burger was amazing as always and my mother's pancake plate was enjoyable. We ordered the chicken tenders for my 4-year-old but they were too hard to eat. When we let the server know she notified her manager to remove it off of our tab and the manager was very professional while trying to juggle all of the things at the register LOL I believe everyone here is doing their best and if we lived anywhere near here we would most likely be back. “I had a delivery to this business. For a 53 foot trailer, the lot was tight, but the dock was fairly easy to back into. I got there after hours, and the staff was friendly and let me spend the night there to be unloaded in the morning. It turns out, I was at the wrong location (Same business, but wrong warehouse). The staff was clear and concise as to the location of the other warehouse, which wasn't very far away and u was unloaded fairly quickly.”
