I went back and forth with a representative and decided to just leave the matter alone. My mother ended up going back into the store to see about switching her phone and a representative, Jenny, immediately noticed our monthly rate was incorrect. She changed the rate and provided the necessary information for my mother to come pack and upgrade to the phone she desires. “The paved trail is very short. I went around 3 times, just to feel like I got a good walk. Next time I will park near the entrance and walk in from there. There covered picnic tables throughout, bathrooms and waste cans. Each waste can around the trail has dog poop bags. Dog poo appears to be an issue from what I saw, so try to pick up your pets waste to help out the preserve staff. There is a nice lookout area at the back side of the trail overlooking a creek. The interpretive signage is very simple. The wetlands are very pretty even in January.”
