I told her what I was looking for and then she directed me to another store associate and communicated with that person of what I was looking for. That store associate was extremely helpful and took her time discussing different cat food options with me. When I was checking out, the cashier asked if I was interested in free cat treat samples which I thought was really nice! I asked to speak to the store manager because I was so impressed. Nowadays It's practically unheard of to go somewhere where the employees are willing to go out of their way to help you and seem like they actually care!
