“But, what do they do when everything doesn’t go right? We bought our Viaggio Lago from Marietta Marine in October of 2021. Our boat was on the showroom floor but because of supply chain issues, outside of their control, the engine wasn’t in yet. When the deadline for the engine to arrive passed, and passed again, Danielle stepped into action along with Super Blue and came up with a great solution that made all of us happy. We picked up the boat a few days later. Super Blue did a great on lake demo with us and made sure we were comfortable with the boat and all was good. We took it in for its first service in April. Through some miscommunication, the boat was left out in the pollen while in for service. We weren’t too happy when we got the boat back…. But it gets worse…. As we were idling out of the Marina waving goodbye to Flip (that guy is great too) who just dropped off the boat, it suddenly died on us and would not restart. I called Dean from the boat to let him know what was going on…. He immediately called our Marina to get us a tow, turned Flip around and our boat was back on the trailer heading back to the Marina in less than 15 minutes. Dean stepped up right away. Turned out the gas line got pinched somehow. One of those fluky - nobodies fault type things. They put a new one on. Gave us a full detail and delivered the boat back in pristine and good working condition. It’s great when everything goes right, but I’m always more impressed with what someone or a company will do when things don’t go right. Clearly, from all the other reviews on here, they’re doing it right but the two times we needed them they stepped up big time and they have earned a loyal customer. “This is by far the best eye doctor's office that I've ever been to. We took our girls for exams yesterday which resulted in the doctor noticing something on both girls that needed a further look and both shopping for glasses. This whole process took about 2 hours, but they were so patient and kind that you never would have known it. We are very impressed with how much time the doctor took with the girls to make sure they had correct diagnoses for both. She even brought the youngest who was all too eager to fail that test for glasses back in just to make sure she had given the correct RX. It definitely makes me feel good knowing that she cared enough to take that extra time out of her day for our kiddo. I have been using them for years now which is why we brought our girls there. Yesterday definitely reconfirmed my loyalty to them.”

“This review is mainly for the Marathon (AKA Fraziers) in Grantville, Ga. But I can tell you that every store owned by Fraziers is going to be clean, and have friendly employees. I have never been in one that was nasty or a wreck. But I mainly know this one because I go in at least twice a day and sometimes even more, at least 3-5 times a week. The clerks Antenika, and the two David's are an asset to this store. Antenika Always has a smile and I absolutely love going in the store and talking to her, when she's working, if not for anything else. Antenika is also gorgeous I might add, but fellow's before you get your hopes up just know that she's happily married and she's not the type that will cheat on her husband. So fun to look at and talk to but that's it. Btw she carries a gun (9 mm Glock if I'm not mistaken) on her hip at work and she's not afraid to use it. Lol. But I definitely recommend this store to anyone who hasn't been here before.”
