One was never working since I got the house and one I broke from pulling on the hose He explained the cause of both issues (the line I broke was using a cheap brittle pvc) and repaired both with proper quality parts. 5/5 stars will be calling back for future plumbing needs”

The legs of the frames had bent all up over the lenses. They looked unsalvageable, but the lovely woman who helped me today was able to fix them up like new. No charge! They made all the flooring flow well looks like it was all intended to be this way all along. Also I wanted grey floors but we have red oak, but they did an excellent job, we love the color. Jim also organized for a painter to paint the railings. The customer service is amazing, very responsive, extremely helpful, explained the process and made recommendations and gave me options.
